<Dyed to Order> Tea Party [Alice's Adventures in Wonderland Collection]

Part of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland Collection", based on the novel by Lewis Carroll.

This collection is dyed-to-order and I am taking orders during Feb. 20 to Feb. 23 end of day (Japan time). I will order the undyed yarn then dye the orders after that, and they will be shipped by the end of March. 

This collection won't be sold again before Mar. 2026 at the earliest, and some of the colorways may not be reproduced if the dye materials are out of stock (I have some of them left with me but they were discontinued by the manufacturer.) 

Items from this collection cannot be shipped together with other ready-to-ship items from my shop, and separate shipping fee will be charged.

Tea Party

Steam gently rises from a teacup, carrying the delicate aroma of tea.
Yet, this tea party is anything but ordinary.
Amidst the soft, dreamy hues, a hint of warm brown hides—a nod to the dormouse who was used as a cushion at the Mad Tea Party.
Elegant, yet slightly peculiar, welcome to the whimsical world of Wonderland’s tea party.

Base yarn: You can choose Silky Sock, Sock, or Happy Lace.

Silky Sock

Light Fingering, approx. 400m (437yds)/100g per skein

Superwash Merino 80%, Silk 20%

Gauge (may vary by person)

Garments: 28-30 stitches x 36-40 rows, US2-3, 2.75-3.25mm

Socks: 32-34 stitches x 46-48 rows, US0-1.5, 2-2.5mm

This yarn is produced by a Japanese manufacturer specially for Mythica Fibers, after months of developing and testing the yarn with different materials, fiber blend, twist etc. Silky Sock dyes up like heather because of the different speed of SW wool and silk to absorb dyes. It is smooth and soft to touch, and great for socks, shawls, garments and accessories. The yarn weight is light fingering but you can knit fingering patterns by adjusting the needle size to achieve the gauge (knits up to slightly lighter and thinner fabric).

Orders under 2kg are shippid by Japan Post registered small package, and those over 2kg are shipped by Japan Post EMS. Shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout.

Please enter your shipping address/name in Alphabet if you ollive outside of Japan. I cannot print the shipping label including other characters (such as Korean, Simplified and traditional Chinese that are not common with Japanese Kanji, or Greek). 

Please note that there may be custom (tax) incurred by your country, and Mythica Fibers have no control over it. We cannot predict if or how much tax you are required to pay, nor we take any part of that money. We cannot accept returns, cancellation or refusal to receive the package due to customs.
